UNIVEL is an integrated material consultancy and procurement firm for the hospitality industry that specializes in FF&E (Furniture, Fittings & Equipment) and OS&E (Operating, Supplies & Equipment). We are a Singapore based enterprise with presence in Maldives, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Myanmar. Our strength lies in more than 15 years of experience in catering procurement solutions for hotels, residential and commercial establishments, and complementing these solutions with a wide range of products including customized FFE. We are facilitated in this through our strategic partnerships with some of the world's most trusted brands and manufacturers.

WHAT WE DO
UNIVEL deals directly with owners, developers, architects, interior designers, contractors as well as manufacturers, while performing multiple roles in specification, selection and supply--a multifaceted approach that allows us to offer tailored solutions to fit the stipulated budget of each project.

Univel Hospitality Pte Ltd
has participated in a number of high-end resort projects in Maldives, most notably the ultra luxury resort Cheval Blanc Randheli, developed by I&T Maldives and managed by Louis Vuitton (LVMH) Hospitality. Over the many years we have worked on these high-end projects, we have collaborated and liaised closely with a varied network of developers, asset managers, operators, architects and interior designers.
